Pause, away and the other text commands

These work the same way as CALL, REMIND and PAY: text the word from your cell to your CallCovered number. Text COMMANDS any time for the full list. (HELP works too, but your phone carrier may also answer HELP with its own message.)

You textWhat happens
PAUSEAuto-texts and follow-up texts stop until you send RESUME. Calls still ring through and you still get a missed-call text, telling you text-back is paused.
AWAY Mon 8amUntil that time, every caller gets your after-hours text instead of the daytime one, and no follow-up texts go out. It switches back by itself.
RESUMEEnds PAUSE or AWAY right away.
WHOTells you who a plain reply will go to, and when they last called or texted.
NOFOLLOWStops the follow-up texts to your last customer. NOFOLLOW 7175550199 stops them for that number.
LINKTexts you your dashboard link.
COMMANDSTexts you the list of commands.

PAUSE or AWAY? Use AWAY when you're closed for a set time, like a long weekend or a week off: callers still hear back from you, with your after-hours wording. Use PAUSE when you don't want any auto-texts at all, for example while you change your setup. AWAY can be set up to 30 days ahead; for longer, use PAUSE and send RESUME when you're back.

AWAY needs a day and time, written the same way as REMIND: AWAY tomorrow 7am, AWAY Mon 8am, AWAY 10/27 9am. Our reply shows the time we used. Your after-hours wording is set in Settings on your dashboard; if you never set one, callers get our standard closed message.

These only count on their own. "Who is this?" or "Who?" goes to your customer as a normal text. To send a customer the single word "who", add a question mark.

Follow-ups that come due while you're paused or away are dropped, not saved up, so you don't come back to a burst of old follow-ups going out at once.
