Yes. Every plan includes both. There's no add-on fee to unlock the Google Review Engine and no separate tier for follow-up texts. You get both engines from day one.
Voicemail to text: callers can leave a message after the text-back, and you get it written out by text with a link to play it. Text commands: text CALL to your CallCovered number and we connect you to your last customer from your business number, REMIND Tue 2pm to send them an appointment reminder, or PAY 350 to text them your own payment link. You also get a Monday summary of last week's missed calls and replies, and a monthly report. All included, no add-on fees.
Yes. Either plan can be billed monthly, every 6 months, or annually. Prepay 6 months and you get 6 for the price of 5; prepay a year and you get 12 for the price of 10. Self-Serve works out to $107.50/mo either way. Prepaid terms are billed once, renew at the same rate, and you can cancel any time before the renewal. The 30-day guarantee still applies: zero leads captured in your first 30 days live and the whole prepayment is refunded.
No. You keep the number you already advertise on your trucks, signs, invoices, and Google. CallCovered works through simple conditional call forwarding (we give you the exact codes for your carrier), so unanswered calls route to us automatically and your number never changes. Note that only forwarded calls reach the system; texts sent to your old number won't.
No apps and no software. The missed-call text-back, the review requests, and your replies all happen over standard SMS on the phone you already carry. If your team can send a text, they already know how to use it.
You control the rules. Set custom after-hours and weekend messaging so callers get an appropriate response any time they reach out, and you decide what happens next, whether that's a callback promise, your hours, or routing to an on-call number.
U.S. carriers require businesses sending automated texts to register through A2P 10DLC, which typically needs your EIN and basic business details. On either plan you fill in one short registration form after signup. On Self-Serve it goes to the carriers when you finish. On Done-For-You we audit your information and your website for carrier compliance before we submit, and tell you if anything needs fixing. Carrier review takes 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes sooner. Everything stops when the account is cancelled: text-back, voicemail, replies to your phone, text commands, reminders, follow-ups and reports. The CallCovered number stays with CallCovered. If you want to keep it, ask before you cancel or within 30 days after, and we transfer it to your new carrier for a one-time $99 fee. If you forwarded your own business number to us, that number was always yours; just turn the forwarding off with your carrier.
