Google reviews

You text REVIEW with a customer's number after a job, and they get a text asking for a Google review with your review link. Nothing goes out unless you send REVIEW.

1. Finish the job.
2. From your cell, text your CallCovered number: REVIEW 7175550199 Jim.
3. We text you back that the request was sent.

What the customer gets:

Hi Jim, thank you for choosing Mike's Plumbing today! Could you take 30 seconds to leave us a quick Google review? It helps our local team a lot: g.page/r/mikes-plumbing Reply STOP to opt out.

Your Google review link. We add your review link to your account. If REVIEW comes back saying the Review Engine isn't set up on your line yet, call or email us with your Google review link.

The rating check-in (optional). If you ask us to turn it on, the customer is first asked to rate the service from 1 to 5. Every rating still gets your review link. A rating of 1 to 3 also gets asked what you could have done better. On a 1 to 3 you get a heads-up text with the rating, and their answer comes straight to your cell.

Things to know:

• Always include the number. A bare REVIEW with no number is not a command and goes to your last customer as a normal text.
• If the customer has opted out of texts, we tell you and nothing is sent.
• Your monthly report counts the review requests you sent.
